maybe you can help me

one friend from me, want play s4 but he can´t.
he start s4 and hgwc is loading then come black screen and s4 shutdown and s4 is off...
thing you " bypass" will help?

i need more about his computer , you say so general , i dont know accurate , try this

1. his computer must have requirements
CPU : Intel Pentium 4 (2.0Ghz) or higher
RAM : 1GB or highter ( s4 eat ~500 MB Ram it run game )
Operating System Windows : XP/Vista/7
Graphic Card : nVidia Geforce 4MX or higher
DirectX : 9.0c ( DirectX 10 have some error )


2. Antivirus have del some file S4 , check again in history antivirus

3. remove old s4 and try instant s4 again

4. he is have lag , download not full S4 ---> try download s4 again

5. his system have missing something ,re dowload full file .dll ( DirectX 9 )

6. It you do all comment but cant play game . Post error ticket to GM and wait 5 - 10 day for know
